    His continual drive for success sets the pace. Delivering results-driven planning, execution, and analysis is his thing. In Daniel’s world, mediocrity is a four-letter word.

    With over 15 years of marketing experience and as LEAP co-founder, this Michigan native orchestrates performance and strategy development so tight LEAP never skips a beat. As the lead account strategist, he guides the direction of our client services and client development methodologies to ensure that our clients are grinning from ear to ear. And, as the king of morale, he constantly surprises and delights us, whether inviting folks over for a home-cooked meal or presenting his teams with a glass of wine after a hard day’s work.

    With a background in Fortune 500 finance, the transition into the world of digital marketing and advertising over fifteen years ago was initially jarring for Daniel. But as he began to uncover digital's value proposition those many years ago, a simple truth emerged: the same core philosophies that underpin finance align almost perfectly with digital marketing and advertising - measurement, transparency, accountability, and investment return. And getting to apply that philosophy within a world of almost daily innovation and breakthrough creative within client advertising campaigns, website initiatives, social communication, and e-commerce deployments is incredibly fun.

    Daniel is Six Sigma-certified and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. He’s also received the Inc.credible Award for Business Achievement and has since judged the competition, along with being a founding CEO of the GLI High Impact Project Awards. When he’s not thinking about ways to make things better, he’s putting on some Sinatra, settling in to watch Downton Abbey, or warming up for a little Outhouse Racing (it’s a Michigan thing).

    He’s a master motivator, enthusiastic solution creator, and fantastic brand curator. He encourages clients to view campaigns from an integrated perspective so that they can place their brands within consumers’ fully connected lifestyles. His seasoned marketing background allows him to stay on top of the latest trends in nearly every industry, enabling him to recommend the strongest plays for pushing our clients ahead of the pack—and keeping them there.

    In addition to over 15 years in the field, he is also certifiable with certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, and ClickTracks to name a few.     Born in suburban Cincinnati (on the Kentucky side of the river), Brandon credits the album Radio by LL Cool J as his earliest artistic inspiration, followed ever-so-closely by the classic surf movie Point Break.

    After fronting his high school band “Corduroy Bloom,” whose debut album sold at least 10 copies, he channeled the freedom and passion he discovered in Point Break and followed his bliss to Chicago, were he studied sound recording and film. After graduating from Columbia College, Brandon moved back to Ohio, married his childhood sweetheart (Rachel), and got gigs for Current TV and zoneCG in Cincinnati. Since then, he has tirelessly honed his skills and developed into the digital video director he is today.

    In 2012, he co-founded LEAPframe and set up a life of jet-setting, shooting for brands and agencies, and living off the finest cheap beer and pizza. When he’s not in the director’s chair, you can find him in his living room having a breakdance dance battle with his wife and two kids.

For more than 14 years, he’s helped create compelling content for every advertising medium short of skywriting. Billboards, broadcast TV, radio, websites, landing pages, blogs, door hangers, Facebook ads, coasters — you name it, chances are Browny’s worked on it. 

    At LEAP, Browny uses all that experience to keep the quality of our creative tiptop, while making sure everything we do is on brand, on message and on strategy.

    Some of his most famous ideas have been executed for brands such as McDonald’s, Dairy Queen, Louisville Slugger, Geek Squad, Chase Bank, and Churchill Downs.

    Keith discovered a passion for digital work as a young University of Louisville design student. Years later in his professional life, he proactively maintains “early adopter” status by knowing exactly how to keep pace with the latest industry trends, innovations, and ideas. He’s constantly evolving his craft, and loves how every day is another opportunity to make his work better.  

    When he’s not designing or concepting, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. And he’s amphibious. With an estimated 10,000 hours spent in the pool, Keith is fully aware of the chlorine cloud that floats above his head. It won’t offend him if you ask him about it.

    Bill is a native of New York but spent most of his adult life in San Francisco, where he owned a large tax and accounting firm that catered to the city’s diverse community. He was very active in domestic partnership tax laws and spearheaded legislation that paved the way for current GLBT rights. In fact, some of his early work has evolved into legalizing marriage, state-by-state.

    Today, Bill lives with his two adopted rescue labs, Loretta and Tess. Aside from caring for his four-legged “girls,” he enjoys painting (acrylics) and is often taking various art classes around Louisville. Bill is also an avid movie fan and a world-traveler.
