With over 15 years of marketing experience and as LEAP co-founder, this Michigan native orchestrates performance and strategy development so tight LEAP never skips a beat. As the lead account strategist, he guides the direction of our client services and client development methodologies to ensure that our clients are grinning from ear to ear. And, as the king of morale, he constantly surprises and delights us, whether inviting folks over for a home-cooked meal or presenting his teams with a glass of wine after a hard day’s work.
With a background in Fortune 500 finance, the transition into the world of digital marketing and advertising over fifteen years ago was initially jarring for Daniel. But as he began to uncover digital's value proposition those many years ago, a simple truth emerged: the same core philosophies that underpin finance align almost perfectly with digital marketing and advertising - measurement, transparency, accountability, and investment return. And getting to apply that philosophy within a world of almost daily innovation and breakthrough creative within client advertising campaigns, website initiatives, social communication, and e-commerce deployments is incredibly fun.
Daniel is Six Sigma-certified and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. He’s also received the Inc.credible Award for Business Achievement and has since judged the competition, along with being a founding CEO of the GLI High Impact Project Awards. When he’s not thinking about ways to make things better, he’s putting on some Sinatra, settling in to watch Downton Abbey, or warming up for a little Outhouse Racing (it’s a Michigan thing).
