In August 2013 The Natural Grip reached out to jump!, (LEAP’s small business team) to help build and promote a full-ecommerce website for their cross-training hand grips, which are designed to protect an athlete's hands, while still allowing them to feel the bar or whatever they’re holding onto. Each pair of grips is custom fit to the athletes ring size, and come in a variety of colors.
The website LEAP created allows users to explore products features, testimonials, videos, and more through a simple, intuitive navigation. It also showcases beautiful custom photography of The Natural Grips on real athletes, giving the brand a sense of authenticity.
Within the first year of the website launch, TheNaturalGrip.com received over 57,000 unique visitors, almost half of which came through organic search, a key indicator that SEO efforts were working. And those visitors were engaged, spending on average over four minutes on the site.
