A Team Built for Your Marketing Project

Anyone that considers him or herself handy around the house or car knows that having the right tools for a job makes all the difference in the world. I’ve painfully learned this lesson when trying to change sparkplugs on a car, fitting a door for an odd sized frame, and removing a stripped screw, to name a few examples. Each of these experiences taught me the value of having the right tool for the job, or having a friend that will let you borrow it.

At LEAP, we are that friend that has the right tools and the expertise of how to use them. Each part of the LEAP team brings a unique skill and the set of tools to go with it to accomplish the tasks of our marketing clients. As a project manager, I am called upon to help pick the right team members for each project, and knowing the skill sets of each member is vital. Working with the respective team managers, we evaluate the complexity of the project, the deliverables, and the timeline to ensure we create the best project team possible. 

On the creative front, understanding the client’s brand and goals for their project often point to the right copy writer and senior art director. For technology, the end deliverable, CMS, and platform in which the project will be developed in will dictate the right fit. Then, the supporting Media + Marketing team specialist (PPC, SEO, social media, PR, email marketing, or medial planning & buying) is added to round out the project’s overall effectiveness. Adding in all of these team members creates just the right mix of skills and knowledge needed to complete the job.

Once the project team is assembled, we are able to review each team member’s availability, schedule out the project tasks, and launch the project. With the right mix of marketing skills and tools for the job, we are now set for success.
