We see creative ideas every day in the digital campaign space, but none quite like this. A Pepsico Brand, Mountain Dew, has taken another step closer to extreme sports with a new bottle cap idea. The limited edition bottle is designed with a tool in the cap to help skateboarders repair a broken board at a moments notice. My question is, would skaters really user this bottle cap as a tool? Would they carry it around with them waiting for their wheel to fall off and conveniently be able to repair it? This is creative and definitely catering to the audience, I’m just not sure it’s anything more than a cool idea. What do you think?
