firm FiservCBS, Inc. is capable of processing 8 million accounts per
hour and has over 17,000 clients in 66 countries worldwide. They turned
to LEAP to manage the
job of giving their corporate website both a major overhaul and an
interactive marketing campaign to promote the new site.
The first element of the interactive rebrand is a complete
redesign of Fiserv's corporate site. The redesign will be complex,
requiring multi-language support for eight regional sub sites which
each have their own unique content and functionality. Because Fiserv is
in the financial industry, security and accessibility standards for the
project will also be especially high.
Concurrently, the company will begin a permission-based email
marketing program using LEAP's InboxDirect system.
Combined with the performance of search engine optimization and web
analytics on their new site, this campaign will raise visibility for
Fiserv's brand and build loyalty among existing clients.
When asked about the project, LEAP President
Daniel Knapp said "Fiserv's service oriented architecture shows they
understand the importance of scalable, effective solutions combined
with an emphasis on service and the user-experience. We're applying the
same values and principles they promote in their financial solutions to
their online presence. It's a perfect fit."
