LOUISVILLE, KY. – August 30, 2011 – LEAP , a full-service digital advertising agency, announced today three new employees joined the LEAP team. Ryan Bares and Marcy Workman joined the client services team, and Daniel Carcara joined the project management team.
“Ryan and Marcy are joining our Client Development Team for two main reasons — experience and attitude. Both come with several years of experience managing large projects and clients both internal and external. More importantly, both share the positive mental attitude that makes our client development team exceptional. They find a way to smile through anything and are always looking for ways to make a client shine. From Day One, it has been obvious that we made the right choice!” said Michael Wunsch, vice president of client development.
Ryan Bares, account coordinator, is responsible for helping to maintain the relationship between LEAP and its clients. The account coordinator looks after client needs through direct contact, liaison and the marshaling of agency resources. Bares has a bachelor of business administration from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and is a member of the Young Professionals of Louisville, Advertising Federation of Louisville and Beta Theta Pi Fraternity.
When asked what he would like to achieve while at LEAP, Bares said, “Is success too cliché? I want that for my clients. I want them to think of LEAP when it comes to their digital marketing needs and for idea generation, because we produce results.”
Marcy Workman, account coordinator, joins the client services team with a degree in journalism from Eastern Illinois University. Workman is “looking to build and sustain strong relationships with LEAP employees and clients.” And while this is not part of her responsibilities, her passion for advertising has led her to want to learn more about interactive design to be better rounded in the industry.
Daniel Carcara, traffic coordinator, ensures projects are completed on time and on budget, and is responsible for providing internal communication between the client services team and the development departments. Carcara has an MBA from Carolina Coastal University, and was a double major in marketing and management at the University of Kentucky.
“It was apparent that LEAP had a great atmosphere and culture where I would enjoy coming to work every day,” said Carcara as the reason he wanted to work at LEAP.
